A multi-location booking platform and website for a commercial kitchen collective, with session checklists and photo capture built into every shift.
The brief
Kaladi rents licensed commercial kitchens to food businesses across several sites. Members needed to see live availability across every location, book time in seconds, and hand each kitchen back in the state they found it. That last part was the hard one: a shared kitchen is only as clean as the previous session.
What we built

A booking system where members book kitchen time across multiple locations from one calendar, with availability that updates the moment a slot is taken.
- 02
Session start and finish checklists that members complete on their phone, with photo capture wired in so the state of the kitchen is recorded at both ends of every booking.
- 03
The main public website, so prospective tenants can see the kitchens, the pricing and how to get in.
What it does now
Members book any kitchen, at any location, from their phone, and every session opens and closes with a photo-backed checklist.
