The brief
Neon Badger builds immersive technology, and a lot of that work is won through public tenders spread across every state and federal portal. Someone had to read all of them. Most of them were irrelevant, and the relevant ones were easy to miss until the deadline had already passed.
What we built

A scraper that pulls new tenders from every state and federal source on a schedule, so nothing depends on someone remembering to check.

An AI qualification step that reads each tender against what the studio actually does and scores whether it is worth pursuing.
