The brief
Every prospective job started the same way: a set of plans and hours of measuring before anyone knew whether it was worth quoting. Takeoffs are slow, tedious and easy to get wrong, and the jobs that never convert cost just as many hours as the ones that do.
What we built

An agentic estimator that reads construction plans and extracts the rooms, areas and quantities a takeoff needs.

Reasoning steps that check the extracted measurements against each other, so a misread wall does not silently become a wrong quote.
- 03
A costed estimate generated from those quantities, ready for a human to review and send rather than build from scratch.
What it does now
Every prospective job gets a measured takeoff and a draft estimate before anyone picks up a scale ruler.
