No. They're two sides of the same job. Plenty of our clients start with one and add the other later: a booking system that grows an AI quoting tool, or a chatbot that leads to a proper website rebuild. We'll tell you honestly which one solves your actual problem first.

Hosting for software builds is usually minimal, often under $50 a month. AI integrations add usage costs (typically $20 to $200 a month depending on volume). Either way, we'll give you a realistic running-cost estimate before you commit, and an optional retainer covers monitoring and improvements.
This is the right question to ask, and it's why guardrails are built into every AI integration we ship. Customer-facing systems only answer from your approved information, escalate to a human when unsure, and never make things up about pricing or commitments. Anything involving money or legal commitments keeps a human in the loop.
