delivered through MammothXR
Tap a floor. Walk the plan. Pick the view.
A touchscreen application for Minto Apartments' sales office, delivered through MammothXR, where buyers explore a 3D model of the building, open the floor plan of any available unit and see the neighbourhood around it.
The brief
Selling apartments off the plan means selling something nobody can walk through yet. Minto wanted a sales office screen that lets a buyer find their unit on the actual building, see the plan and the aspect, and get a feel for the neighbourhood, without a sales agent driving the mouse.
What we built
- 01
A 3D model of the tower on its site, with every unit tappable and colour-coded by availability, and quick views from the north, south and west.
- 02
Floor-by-floor and bedroom-count filters that jump straight to the units that fit, each opening its floor plan and details.
- 03
A neighbourhood map with amenities pinned around the site, plus a reset and idle loop so the screen is always ready for the next walk-in.
What it does now
Buyers explore the building, the plans and the neighbourhood themselves on the sales office screen, and the conversation starts from a unit they have already picked.
