Every job, a pageand a review.
After each job, take two minutes on your phone: the service, the suburb, a line on what you did and your before and after photos. A page for that job goes live on your website, and your customer gets a text asking for a Google review.
Tell us about your jobsWho this is for
- You have a Rootech website and want it to bring in more local work.
- You work across plenty of suburbs, but your website only mentions a few.
- You take before and after photos on every job, and they sit in your camera roll.
- Happy customers say they will leave a review, and most never get round to it.
What you get
One short form after each job. Everything else runs on its own, and we host and run it for you.
- A page for every job
- Each job gets its own page, titled the way people search, like Terrazzo Bathroom Tiling in Elsternwick. It goes live straight away and is added to your sitemap.
- Before and after, side by side
- A drag slider shows the before and the after, with a gallery of the rest of your photos underneath.
- The suburbs you actually work in
- Each page targets the search a local customer makes: the service plus the suburb. Over time you build a page for every suburb you work in, all linking to each other.
- Your words, tidied up
- AI turns your notes into a search-friendly title, a Google description and a short write-up, and describes each photo for captions and alt text. It only uses what you wrote, and checks in the code reject anything made up.
- A review text, sent for you
- Your customer gets a text with a link that opens your Google review box in one tap. If they have not opened it after three days, one gentle reminder, and never more.
- Reviews on the job page
- When the review comes in, it can be shown on the page for that job, next to the photos of the work.

Do I need a Rootech website?
Yes. It is an add-on for Rootech website clients, because the job pages are published on your own site and we host and run everything behind it: the texts, the opt-outs and the sitemap.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can promise rankings, and we will not. What it does is give Google a real page for every job you finish, aimed at the service and suburb local customers search for, with your own photos as proof the work is real.
Doesn't Google penalise suburb pages?
Google penalises thin, made-up suburb pages. These are the opposite: every page is a real job in a real suburb, with your photos and what you actually did. No job, no page, and never filler.
Will the AI make things up?
No. It only tidies what you wrote into a title, a description and a short write-up, and describes your photos. Checks in the code reject anything invented, such as numbers you did not give or padding.
Is the review text allowed?
It is built to the Spam Act 2003. A text only goes out with the customer's OK, it names your business, it includes a one-tap opt-out and STOP replies are honoured. There is one reminder at most, and every customer is asked the same way, not just the happy ones.
Do I need an app or a login?
No. Your job page is a private link that opens in your phone's browser, and voice-to-text works in every box, so you can fill it in from the ute.
What does it cost?
Ask us. Tell us about your business and the jobs you do, and you will have the figure before you decide anything.
